Description:
New construction of single story, 19,500 sf building, with a partial walk-out basement including full service kitchen, bar, dining room, banquet rooms, lodge room, members room, game room and support facilities as well as site improvements. The structure is noncombustible construction, fully sprinklered, with 12 to 14 foot ceilings in the dining/banquet room, 10 foot high in other major areas, scaling to 8 feet elsewhere. Gas fired equipment was utilized for the kitchen and mechanical applications.
