Description:
This two-story 25,500 sf medical office building project consisted of building shell and continuous tenant design as construction progressed. This dual process required a constant flow of information to the construction teams. This allowed the tenant suites to be completed along with the shell, thereby resulted in virtually no retrofit work or delay in the project.
