Description:
Gardiner & Gardiner was the Design/Build contractor for this 28,270 s.f., 3-story health care and education facility consisting of masonry/metal wall panel veneer and a structural steel frame with both shingle and EPDM roofing.
Interior finishes include ceramic tile, resilient flooring, carpet, lockers, cabinetry, painting and all coverings.
The water line tie-in required nighttime closure of Md. Route 2 and coordination with the SHA and contractors installing a nearby controlled intersection with related road widening.
