12,350 sf single story emergency veterinary clinic and blood bank, with 9 exam rooms, a large central treatment room, 3 surgery rooms, 2 radiology rooms, numerous staff offices and a large, comfortable reception/waiting area.
Construction consisted of concrete slab on grade, steel frame, light gauge metal walls with split face masonry veneer, aluminum storefront windows and doors, built-up and standing seam metal roofing.
Situated on an 18 acre site with extensive storm water management facilities, a 24’ x 600’ paved entrance drive, and parking for 56 vehicles.
