The Gardiner and Gardiner portfolio is rich and diverse. With an emphasis on institutional commercial construction, G&G has built hospitals, financial facilities, schools, churches, recreational and public buildings – along with office, mixed use, and flex space. With the addition of a pre-engineered steel division, G&G has added to that list of successful projects a number of warehouses, large service facilities and other buildings requiring large column free spaces like gymnasiums and auditoriums.
